Paint and Heal

Come join us for a therapeutic and creative experience at Paint and Heal! This event is designed to help you relax, unwind, and express yourself through art. No painting experience is necessary – just bring an open heart and mind. We will have meditation, visualization, interpreteration, sound healing and creative artistic expression through painting which will allow the ultimate level of holistic healing. Our instructor will guide you through the process, allowing you to tap into your inner artist while promoting healing and self-discovery.
